"Year"
"Year" was filmed over the course of one exact year in my life. Filming began on the 31st December 2004 and ended on the morning of 1st January 2006. The idea behind the film was to document change. I wanted to use the act of me making this film as a catalyst to push me towards my own goals. As strange as it may sound, it made me work hard at achieving what I wanted because of the pressure to succeed in having a "happy ending" for the film.
I believe all work put out by artists/musicians/film makers is what represents them, thusly I knew I would work hard in order to succeed because I refuse to put out work that is sub-standard.
