"Moments"
"Moments" is a (mostly) silent film shot in 2003 both on holiday in Suffolk and also during the last year at college. One scene shows a smoke filled room with joyous music playing in the background - the night before (through my own alcohol induced stupidity) I nearly died after deciding to cook some dinner and then falling asleep with the oven still on.
Its more observation than story, I guess you could call it "arthouse" as much as I hate that word and all that it suggests.
This is a short film but I was really happy with the way it came out visually. Again its just inspired by what I see around me. Photography changed the way I look at everything in the world, and that obviously helps me when filming.
